August 2026 Drop-In Social Mahjong

Join us for a fun afternoon of Mahjong with the Victoria Mahjong Club! This month we will be meeting at the Herald Street Brew Works a stone's throw from Chinatown. We'll have some fun times on their mezzanine level and partake in their great food and drinks.

The Herald Street Brew Works is an all-ages venue.

We typically play Hong Kong style mahjong at our events, although you are welcome to play any style you choose. We provide mahjong sets and table covers but you are also welcome to bring your own mahjong set if you like.

If this is your first time joining us, let us know and we can run through a beginner session with you. We strongly recommend watching the following two videos as they cover all the basics and will help you get up to speed much more quickly:
